Pour notre client Philip Morris à Neuhcatel, nous recherchons pour une durée inderteminée un technicien en mécanique expérimenté avec de solides base de serrurerie et machine agricole.

**Votre mission**

**Responsabilité**:

- Effectuer l’entretien mécanique préventif et planifier conformément aux procédures afin d’assurer la disponibilité des équipements de production.
- Soutenir la production dans l’exécution de ces opérations.
- Participer à l’installation et à la modification des équipements de production.
- S’assurer que la documentation technique soit à jour afin que les informations soient exactes.
- Soutenir et encadrer les équipes de fabrication afin de remédier aux défaillances complexes.
- Anticiper/Identifier les problèmes qui surviennent au cours du processus de production et prendre les mesures appropriées pour assurer la continuité du processus de production et améliorer l’efficacité de l’équipement.

**Votre profil**

**Qualifications**:

- CFC de mécanicien(ne) sur machine agricole ou serrurier de construction, avec des compétences en mécanique, pneumatiques et soudures serait un atout.
- Plusieurs années d’expériences dans le domaine du dépannage et de la maintenance sur des lignes de production dans une industrie similaire.
- Esprit d’équipe, organisé(e), autonome et sens de l’anticipation.
- A l’aise avec les outils informatiques usuels, connaissance d’un MMIS type SAP serait un atout.
- Disponibilité et flexibilité pour les horaires de travail
- Niveau de français courant exigé, connaissances en anglais serait un atout.
