Description du poste
Régler, suivre et optimiser la production de composants mécaniques sur des machines (conventionnelles ou CNC).
Programmation avancée de pièces complexes (technologie 5 axes).
Définir les processus de fabrication pour les nouvelles pièces.
Définir, dessiner et fabriquer les posages et outils nécessaires.
Contrôler des pièces sur une machine 3D CNC.
Optimiser les temps de production.
Respecter les processus et informer son responsable en cas de problèmes.
Respecter les normes de sécurité en vigueur au sein du Mechanical Workshop (MWS).
Assurer la maintenance 1èr niveau.
Garantir la qualité des produits.
Description du profil
Diplôme de technicien (CFC, ET, ES) ou équivalent.
Une expérience professionnelle en milieu industriel de minimum 5 années.
Connaissance de l'utilisation de moyens de levages.
Connaissance de la programmation ISO (HEIDENHAIN est un plus).
Connaissance des techniques de tournage CNC est un avantage.
Maîtriser la lecture de dessins et de la cotation.
Bon niveau MS office.
Maîtrise d'un logiciel de CFAO.
