**Role**:
Nous recrutons en CDI un Construction Manager afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'Expertise Industrielle dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire.

En tant que Construction Manager, vos missions seront:

- Planifier, coordonner et superviser l'ensemble du processus de construction dans le respect des objectifs fixés.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs pour assurer la bonne exécution des projets.
- Assurer le suivi régulier de l'avancement des travaux, la conformité aux normes de qualité et de sécurité, ainsi que le respect des délais et des budgets.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour planifier et organiser les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des projets.
- Coordonner les activités de construction avec les autres parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer une exécution harmonieuse du projet.
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants, y compris la sélection, la négociation des contrats, le suivi des performances et la résolution des problèmes éventuels.

**Profile**:

- Ingénieur ou équivalent Bac+5 en génie civil ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de projets de construction, de préférence dans le secteur industriel.
- Solides compétences techniques en construction, avec une connaissance approfondie des normes de construction et des réglementations locales.
- Capacité à lire et interpréter les plans, les dessins techniques et les spécifications.
- Fortes compétences en leadership et en gestion d’équipe.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, à la négociation et à la résolution de problèmes.
