- Afin de renforcer l’équipe en place de notre client, nous recherchons un SOC Manager:
**Vos missions**:

- Gérer le SOC et constituer l’équipe de réponse aux incidents de sécurité informatique (CSIRT)
- Diriger la gestion des incidents de sécurité pour l’ensemble du Groupe, en veillant à ce que toutes les parties prenantes requises soient impliquées, que les actions appropriées soient allouées, prises et suivies, que le plan de remédiation soit documenté, communiqué et mis en œuvre
- Signaler les incidents de sécurité
- Fournir des « Playbooks » et des procédures prédéfinies en matière d’incidents de sécurité au SOC et à toutes les parties prenantes concernées pour gérer les incidents de sécurité.
- Réaliser des simulations de crise pour préparer les parties prenantes à de véritables incidents de sécurité
- S’assurer du respect des exigences légales ou réglementaires (en travaillant si besoin avec le service Juridique et Data Privacy)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’infrastructure pour surveiller et améliorer la sécurité de leurs infrastructures
- Diriger la construction et le suivi du plan d’opération de sécurité
- Contribuer à la construction, au suivi et aux prévisions régulières du budget de sécurité

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent
- Plusieurs années d’expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire (Opérations de sécurité, incident de sécurité & SOC Mgt, etc.)
- Excellente expertise informatique et passion pour les systèmes, technologies et processus complexes
- Solide expérience en gestion de contrats et de fournisseurs
- Esprit d’amélioration continue et expérience en gestion de projet/changement
- Excellentes capacités de communication, fort leadership
- Anglais courant requis
