Aufgaben
- Als Business Consultant begleiten Sie wichtige strategische und operative Transformationsprojekte bei Banken und Finanzdienstleistern in Zusammenhang mit regulatorischen Fragestellungen

Qualifikation
- Sie können ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts
- oder Rechtswissenschaften vorweisen
- Mindestens zwei bis vier Jahre Erfahrung in der Bankenbranche, entweder in einer Linienfunktion oder in der Beratung in den Bereichen Regulatorische Transformation, Compliance oder Audit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu den aktuell auf der Ebene Schweiz, Liechtenstein und EU/USA diskutierten Regularien einschliesslich Kollektivanlagesetz (KAG) und -verordnung (KAV), Commitment-Ansatz II, BVV2, MiFID II, FIDLEG, EMIR, FINFRAG und Dodd-Frank-Act
- Gutes Verständnis des operativen Bankbetriebs im Bereich der Investment-Prozesse (front-to-back) im Asset Management und/oder im Private Banking
- Darüber hinaus ist Ihr analytisches Vorgehen durch eine praxis
- und anwenderorientiere Arbeitsweise geprägt. Sie verfügen über unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, sind serviceorientiert und haben ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Des Weiteren treten Sie mindestens in Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher auf
