Internship Sense Texture

As an **Intern Sense Texture **you will be working in the Science and Technology Department. You will assess the functional and rheological properties of several biopolymers and their combinations as potential replacers of non-clean label ingredients. You will be part of a growth-minded, insights-based team which is already curious to meet you.
This role is based in Kemptthal.
**You will**:
- Perform literature landscaping and establish state of the art
- Characterize the textural and rheological properties of novel biopolymer blends using several state of the art methods and techniques
- Contribute to method optimization and development in collaboration with the main scientist and other team members
- Maintain the project’s database
- Be in charge of data generation, analysis and reporting to line management in a precise and succinct way
- Learn several state of the art food texture concepts and methods at the front line of innovation
**You**:
- Are a master student in food science, food technology or similar
- Have first experience working in a laboratory
- Have good english skills
- Are interested to write a master thesis with us
- Are a self-starter, autonomous, detail oriented
- Enjoy working in teams
