In this **6-month Internship**, you'll assist with administrative tasks, within our HR Operations Departement. You'll have the chance to gain an insight into HR in a dynamic start-up company.

**Your mission**:

- Support in various administrative tasks e.g.
- Creation of employment contracts
- Personnel master data maintenance (in Personio & Abacus) incl. time and absence management
- Creation of employment and interim references (with reference tool)
- Recording sickness and accident reports
- Processing of employee anniversaries
- Badge management
- Creation of documents for various interest groups (pension fund, compensation fund, unemployment fund, etc.)
- First-level support for HR helpdesk inquiries
- Administration and maintenance of digital personnel dossiers
- General support of the whole HR department

**You**:

- High School Degree or finished Apprenticeship
- Highly aligned with Planted’s mission
- Previous work experience favorable
- Team-player, go-getter with a solution-oriented mindset
- Organised, structured and detail-oriented
- Fluent in German & good level of English
- Resident in Switzerland
