Nous cherchons une personne expérimentée dans ce domaine pour seconder le Recruiting Manager pour la région romande, capable de coopérer étroitement avec une clientèle exigeante.

Ta contribution à l'entreprise
- En tant que Rrecruiting Consultant, tu acquières rapidement une compréhension globale de ta fonction, de ton environnement ainsi que des compétences nécessaires dans les profils recherchés
- Tu conseilles et soutiens les cadres du service externe tout au long du processus de recrutement de nos différents profils actifs au service externe
- Tu soutiens le Recruiting Manager Suisse romande dans ses fonctions, par exemple pour des formations ou dans différents projets stratégiques pour la région, notamment dans les thèmes Sourcing, assessment et onboarding
- Tu coopères étroitement avec l'équipe de recrutement basée au siège de Winterthur
- Tu veilles à la visibilité des offres d'emploi, soutiens les agences dans des tâches liées à la mise en ligne des annonces et procèdes aux tâches administratives liées à ta fonction

Tes aptitudes et tes talents
- Tu possèdes des compétences prouvées dans le domaine du recrutement, idéalement dans le domaine du conseil et de la vente sur le marché assurance ou bancaire suisse.
- Ton attitude proactive, dynamique et orientée client te permet d'établir rapidement une relation de confiance avec tes clients et collègues
- Tu maîtrises l'utilisation des différents réseaux de recrutement et l'utilisation des outils d'e-recrutement appartient à ton quotidien
- Ta méthode de travail organisée, indépendante et orientée résultat te permet de gérer efficacement de hauts volumes de recrutement
- A l'aise dans la communication et orienté/e résultats, tu aimes le travail en équipe et contribue à une atmosphère agréable
- Tu possèdes d'excellentes connaissances en allemand
- Tu aimes prendre des responsabilittés et souhaites participer proactivement au développement des prestations de recruiting dans ta région

Les prestations de l'équipe Human Sales Capital Management contribuent concrètement au futur succès d'AXA par le soutien au recrutement et au développement réussi et durable des collaborateurs et cadres des services externes et internes de nos agences.
