**FOKUS Talent **, a niche recruitment organization specialising Industrial & Engineering sectors is now looking for a Medtech Recruitment consultant.

**About the job**

Your duties will also include Identifying new clients and developing business relationships within your niche market. You will proactively prospect and approach the hiring managers and HR managers to help them on recruiting the right talent.

**This is a unique opportunity to develop a new niche market within our agency, you will have the chance to grow it and hire new consultants to join your team.
About you:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- A keen eye for details and good researching skills
- Good knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Google +, Twitter) and job boards tools
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint etc..)
- Good communication skills - both oral and written
- Ability to quickly prioritize workload.
- Self-motivated, bright and enthusiastic individual with a good team work ethic.
- Fluent in French and good knowledge in German or English
- Experience / Knowledge of Medtech or another field related to Engineering is a strong bonus.
