We are recruiting an **Assistant Chef Concierge** to join our Conciergerie Team.

You will report to the Chef Concierge and Director of Rooms.

The Assistant Chief Concierge is directly superior to the Chief Concierge and the Accommodation Director.
The Assistant Chief Concierge directs, under the supervision of the Chief Concierge, the Concierge services, as well as the Team of Doormen/Valets and Baggage Handlers. He/she replaces the Chief Concierge in his/her absence.

The customer's impression of the quality of the Hotel and the warmth of the welcome depends largely on the contact experienced during their stay at the Hotel. As a result, the Assistant Chief Concierge plays an essential relational role in ensuring customer satisfaction from their arrival until their departure. He/She is also responsible for a certain number of administrative activities relating to the proper functioning of the service and has a key coordinating role with other services to meet or anticipate the customer's expectations and fully satisfy them. Finally, he/she functions as both a Service Manager and a full-time Concierge.

**Job Requirements**:

- French & English fluently, another language a plus
- Ideally 5 years experience in a 5-star hotel and minimum of 5 years in Conciergerie
- Preferably already in a position within a luxury hotel in Geneva, in Switzerland or in Europe.
- Impeccable professional image combined with good ethics and values
- Outstanding communication skills
- Creative, focused and flexible
- Detailed oriented
- Quality driven with a passion for excellence.
- Must possess excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Approachable, open-minded and fair
- Ability to multi-task and balance the priorities of the position.
