Inventsys wurde 2017 in der Schweiz gegründet und hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, sich um die öffentliche Infrastruktur zu kümmern, auf die Menschen und Unternehmen angewiesen sind, und neue digitale Standards für eine hervorragende Instandhaltung zu setzen. Inventsys macht es Kommunen leicht, ihre Infrastruktur wie Wasser
- oder Stromanlagen digital zu warten. So steigern sie die Effizienz, verbessern die Datenqualität und -sicherheit und dokumentieren ihre Unterhaltsarbeiten lückenlos. Inventsys hat rund 150 Kunden in der Schweiz und arbeitet daran, in weitere europäische Länder zu expandieren.

Aufgaben

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Sie sind für den erfolgreiche Kundensupport der Software beim Kunden verantwortlich. Zudem leisten Sie zusammen mit unserem Implementations
- und Entwicklungsteam einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer Software.
- Sie verstehen, was Ihre Gesprächspartner wirklich benötigen und unterstützen Ihre Kunden mit herausragendem Support und Service;
- Sie sind stark in der Analyse, können Probleme nachvollziehen und geben nicht nach, bis eine Lösung gefunden ist;
- Sie bringen unser Team mit Ihrem Beitrag zum Customer Support weiter und sind offen für Unterstützung in Implementierungsprojekten und bei der Service Delivery;
- Sie arbeiten selbständig, genau und zuverlässig und kümmern sich auch um die entsprechende Datenpflege;
- Sie sind an der Standardisierung des Supportprozesses mit Blick auf Umfang, Qualität und Laufzeit beteiligt;
- Mit Ihrem Knowhow erarbeiten und unterstützen Sie den Ausbau von Supporttools und Prozessen;
Qualifikation

Ihr Profil
- IT- oder Technische Ausbildung (Lehr
- oder Fachabschluss)
- Erfahrung (oder hohe Lernbereitschaft) im Bereich Cloud-Technologie und Customer Support
- Basiswissen in Datenbanken insbesondere SQL-Anwendungen
- Gewandt in der Anwendung von MS-Office-Applikationen (insbes. Excel und PowerPoint)
- Hohes Interesse an Internet-Technologien und Cloud Computing
- Organisationskompetenz, klare Arbeitsprioritäten
- Interesse an Versorgungs
- und Infrastrukturanlagen
- Fliessend Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Italienisch wünschenswert
- Freude daran aktiv zum Teamerfolg beizutragen
