Rejoignez l'équipe Assurance Qualité d'une entreprise réputée dans son secteur Vous dirigerez une équipe chargée de la gestion des déviations, des actions préventives et correctives (CAPA) et du change control. Votre rôle inclura la participation aux enquêtes et la responsabilité d'approuver les rapports d'investigation des déviations, qu'elles soient mineures ou majeures.

En tant que chef de l'équipe de conformité, vous représentez l'entreprise auprès de ses clients pour toutes questions relatives aux déviations ou au contrôle des changements. Suite à une période de formation, vous superviserez la validation des lots en collaboration avec le responsable technique.

**Exigences du poste**:

- Diplôme supérieur dans un domaine scientifique.
- Expérience avérée en leadership d'équipe.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance qualité, notamment dans la gestion des déviations, CAPA et le contrôle des changements.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement régulé par les normes BPF (cGMP).
- Expérience en production aseptique.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau C1) avec de très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles.
- Solide maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, Visio).

**Atouts supplémentaires**:

- Connaissance des systèmes eQMS (par exemple Trackwise).
- Capacités d'analyse et de synthèse développées.
- Fortes compétences en communication et un esprit d'équipe prononcé.
- Expérience en tant que QP ou substitut de QP.
- Expérience en affaires réglementaires.
- Connaissance du milieu des CMO.
