Die Ruby Mimi liegt direkt um die Ecke von der Limmat, der Zürcher Altstadt und den Top-Einkaufsstraßen der Stadt und ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Vormals eines der ersten Kinos Zürichs ist das Hotel heute eine Hommage an das frühe Hollywood mit seinen Stummfilmen und der großen Zeit der Stars und Studios.

- Übernimmst die Leitung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts nach der Eröffnung
- Führst auf Augenhöhe, fungierst als Vorbild und sorgst für ein positives Klima im Team
- Stellst das Coaching deiner Mitarbeiter sicher und förderst deren Weiterentwicklung
- Führst regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche und Performance Management durch
- Unterstützt den Hotel Manager bei der Rekrutierung der besten Talente
- Arbeitest aktiv mit und lebst deinen ausgeprägten Servicegedanken vor
- Stellst eine effektive Dienstplangestaltung sowie effiziente Arbeitsprozesse sicher
- Bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Hosts und Supervisor und förderst einen guten Informationsfluss durch Team Briefings und Meetings
- Setzt die vorgegebenen Standards um und kontrollierst deren Einhaltung
- Führst Schicht-, Tages
- sowie Monatsabschlüsse durch
- Nimmst regelmäßige Bestellungen für F&B sowie SOE vor
- Überwachst die Einhaltung von HACCP, Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutz und sonstigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Analysierst und beantwortest Gästefeedback
- Stehst in einem engen Austausch mit dem Hotel Manager, den weiteren Heads im Hotel sowie den relevanten Abteilungen im Corporate Office

**Melde dich bei uns, wenn du**:

- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie und / oder ein Hotel / BWL Studium absolviert hast
- Umfassende Erfahrung in einer operativen Führungsfunktion bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Lifestyle Hotellerie / Gastronomie mitbringst
- Motivator und charismatischer Leader zugleich bist
- Herzlich, authentisch und loyal bist
- Eine offene und zuvorkommende Persönlichkeit hast
- Sowohl Teamleader als auch Teamplayer bist
- Eine Hands-on Mentalität hast und charmant auf Gästebedürfnisse eingehen kannst
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher beherrschst
- Über grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse verfügst
