Jocelyn Blackham is currently recruiting for a Digital Solutions Expert to join a world leader in developing innovative medicines based in Zurich, Switzerland. This role is offered on a full time temporary basis for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

**Your main responsibilities in this role will be to**:
Build, maintain and measure the multi-channel / digital experience to support expansion and growth in line with Europe & Canada ambition and road map

Provide advice on and drive the implementation of digital and other customer facing channels; required processes, policies and tools to help establish and enable company’s digital experience across EUCAN

Build and enhance digital engagement capabilities across EUCAN in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders

Work with customer experience team in order to deliver a blueprint of desired customer experiences (i.e. based on user research)

Plan, develop and execute digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, and mobile

Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production of digital deliverables, as well as digital program budgets and schedule

Liaise with key stakeholders from IS/IT and other functions to support the translation

You are required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Experience within a project management function, focusing on digital solutions

Previous experience within a Pharmaceutical organisation, would be beneficial

Knowledgeable and experience of working with digital agencies

Relevant Project Manager certifications is not essential but would prove benefical
