Das Universitäre Zentrum für Zahnmedizin Basel UZB beschäftigt rund 280 Mitarbeitende aus über 20 Nationen und ist als öffentlich-rechtliche Anstalt zu hundert Prozent im Besitz des Kantons Basel-Stadt. Die sieben Kliniken des UZB stehen der ganzen Bevölkerung offen und können das gesamte zahnmedizinische Leistungsspektrum von der Grundversorgung bis zu hochkomplexen Fällen auf universitärem Niveau unter einem Dach anbieten.

**Customer Relationship Manager*in 50%**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Sie sind der zentrale Knotenpunkt zwischen Analysen und darauf aufbauenden zielgerichteten Angeboten. Sie sind verantwortlich für Bestandskundenkampagnen mit dem Ziel, Kundenabwanderungen zu verhindern und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu fördern. Sie bauen eine Neukundenstrategie auf und sind mit deren Umsetzung betraut. Sie analysieren Prozesse aus Kundensicht, haben die Kundenbedürfnisse stets im Blick und leiten daraus Ideen und Massnahmen ab, um die Kundenbindung zu steigern.

**Unsere Anforderungen**:
Sie haben ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketingkommunikation oder vergleichbares, erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Sie verfügen über mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Sales oder Kampagnenmanagement. Sie begeistern mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität, einem ausgeprägten, analytischen Denkvermögen und einer höhen Eigeninitiative. Ausserdem stehen Sie für agile Arbeitsweisen und Kundenzentrierung.
