**ServiceNow QA/Test Lead**:**

**Your responsibilities**:

Is responsible for building comprehensive, end-to-end software QA strategy and its execution for the project. The QA strategy includes all phases of software delivery process, from requirement collection to hand-over to production.
- Is consulted, gives advice and supports the building and installation of new IS solutions, or changing of existing IS solutions based on QA experience.
- As an IS expert uses IS knowledge to identify and propose innovative information technology solutions in relevant area of responsibility
- Collaborates with Service Owner and Business Analyst Manager to estimate the effort for IS solution/services development, change requests and releases
- In collaboration with IS Change Control Manager of the relevant domain maintains a view of upcoming demand within the services in scope, pre-qualifies and prioritizes change requests, escalates changes that should be projects to the Business Analyst Manager
- Assure superior testing and quality in defect management process
- Work with 3rd Party Supplier Managers to define Quality related KPIs
- Assist User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Create Process Benchmark followed by ServiceNow Operations and Build teams
- Constantly involved and supports the Continual Service Improvement process
- Work on Service Improvement plans along with Suppliers, Operations Manager, Change Control Manager and perform regular review
- Is responsible for proactive definition of improvements to applicable ABB IS QA standards and/or guidelines and reporting them to respective team for implementation according to trends in the industry.
- Is responsible to act in compliance with Corporate IS Regulation and IS Policies; with ABB Regulations and ABB Guidelines of which accountability and responsibility for this position are derived; and with any other Internal Control regulations that may be assigned.- Is responsible for defining and implementing governance bodies structure and tools for comprehensive software QA activities in his/her project or Application Technology QA area.
- May represent QA area in the GF-IS governance bodies.
- Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification.
- Is responsible for providing leadership to teams in regards to QA, consisting both of juniors and/or regulars, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
- Proactively maintains their knowledge by reading, studying, practicing and teaching.

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Software Quality Assurance and Testing certification, designation desired
- Proven analytical background
- Superior knowledge of Testing and Quality Assurance Principles and best practices, methodologies and tools
- Creativity and ability to work with uncertainty and rapidly changing environments in technologies like Augmented Reality, DLT, RPA etc.
- Exceptional communication skills and people management skills
- Excellent active listening and critical thinking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Well Versed with ServiceNow Capabilities and Products
- Use ServiceNow to drive Quality Initiatives for Delivery Teams
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a challenging environment
