**In this role**:
**Your responsibilities include the following**:

- Leading the necessary software developments with coordination between the various stakeholders (vendors, users and IT departments)
- Follow-up on the deployment of new versions and patches (analysis and testing)
- Communication and 3rd level support to users
- Liaise with suppliers and manage the follow-up of mandates and contracts
- Define and analyze the various technical and functional specifications in conjunction with the beneficiaries

**About your profile**:

- Completed higher education in the field of computer science or equivalent (minimum federal diploma level)
- Very good communication skills and strong customer orientation
- Autonomous personality, with a good capacity of analysis and synthesis, with a great capacity of adaptation, and a good team spirit
- Knowledge and/or experience in business analysis and requirements specification, an asset
- Experience in software development, an asset
- Technical certifications (HERMES, ITIL, SCRUM, etc.), an asset
- Fluency in French with excellent writing skills and good knowledge of technical English
- Knowledge of German, an asset
