**Sales Manager POS**:
**Missions**:

- Gestion, planification, développement et motivation des employés, y compris reconnaître leur potentiel et développer les futurs dirigeants
- Assurer la circulation des informations à travers tous les niveaux hiérarchiques de l'équipe
- Responsable du développement, de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de nouvelles stratégies de vente
- Collaboration avec la direction nationale et la direction commerciale
- Assurer un service client de qualité dans les points de vente
- Responsable de la mise en œuvre des règles de sécurité sur les sites assignés et assurer l’implémentation et respect des règles de sécurité en collaboration avec la direction du site et les coordonnateurs de sécurité
- Responsable d'une gestion optimale de l'entrepôt dans le cadre des spécifications BMS
- Coordination entre les différentes équipes et entretien actif des interfaces avec le Business Support
- Ecoute, traitement et résolution des préoccupations des employés, si nécessaire transmission aux services concernés, ainsi qu’assurer une réponse aux employés dans les meilleurs délais

**Votre Profil**:

- De nombreuses années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, avec des connaissances dans le sanitaire et les revêtements de sol et murs sont nécessaires avec une formation à caractère commercial axé sur la vente et la gestion du personnel
- Personnalité qui sait diriger une équipe avec du leadership et un sens de la vente
- Avoir un mode de travail indépendant avec le sens de responsabilité
- Avoir du plaisir à gérer et à mettre en œuvre des nouveaux processus de changement ainsi qu’avoir la capacité à motiver les équipes à accepter ce changement
- La maîtrise de l'allemand est un prérequis, d'autres langues étrangères, notamment le français et/ou l'anglais, sont un réel plus
- De très bonnes connaissances informatiques, notamment le package MS Office
