**What does the role involve?**:
As intern in our department you’ll be part of Hilti's global inhouse-consultancy team for Supply Management. You’ll work closely with our specialists and external experts to drive the digitalization and sustainability initiatives and bring the benefits to Hilti-entities and suppliers all over the world.

Your key responsibilities will be training, coaching and supporting line-colleagues and suppliers as well as defining process improvements and developing tools. Moreover, you will have the chance to participate in exchanges with academics, consultancies and other companies.

**Because of its very nature, the Sourcing Excellence team offers a lot of exposure to Senior and Executive Management. Our track record of preparing interns for a Hilti career is second to none.**

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor/Master’s student in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, etc.
- Very good MS-Office skills
- A knack for making sophisticated concepts work in a real-life and highly international business environment
- Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and ideally another language

We take our time to get to know you. As part of your recruitment process, you’ll get to talk to your internship coach as well as your HR Manager who both can answer some of your burning questions.
