**Deine Verantwortung**
- Du legst die strategischen, kommerziellen und wirtschaftlichen Ziele für die Abteilung fest und setzt sie mit dem Team um.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse der Managementindikatoren und die Umsetzung von Aktionsplänen mit deinem Team.
- Du steuerst das aktive Lieferantenmanagement, pflegst regelmässige Kontakte zu den Lieferanten und sorgst für die reibungslose Organisation sowie die wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse von Verhandlungen.
- Du sicherst die ständige Entwicklung der Sortimentsstruktur und führst neue Konzepte/Produkte ein.
- Du beobachtest aktiv die wichtigsten Trends, Marktentwicklungen und neuen Produkte, um die kontinuierliche Entwicklung von Konzepten und Sortimenten zu gewährleisten.
- Du überwachst die ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung der Bestände und der Produktrotation.
- Du führst und coachst deine direkten Mitarbeitenden sowie das gesamte Team (Struktur, Aufgabenzuweisung, Festlegung von Zielen, Definition von Entwicklungsplänen, ) und garantierst das Engagement deiner Mitarbeitenden durch einen modernen Leadership.
- Du führst oder nimmst aktiv an strategischen und kommerziellen Projekten teil.
- Du arbeitest aktiv mit unseren Retail-Teams am Hauptsitz und in den Stores sowie mit anderen wichtigen Stakeholdern (Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Digital).

**Dein Profil**
- Du verfügst über eine fundierte Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf oder Betriebswirtschaft.
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion im Einkauf Food sammeln.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, im Eigenmarken-Management und in der Marktanalyse.
- Du besitzst ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten, denkst strategisch und bist mutig bei der Entscheidungsfindung.
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Lieferanten und bist stark im verhandeln.
- Du bist dienstleistungs
- und lösungsorientiert und kommunizierst gewandt mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechspersonen.
- Du bringst Eigeninitiative mit und bist engagiert sowie belastbar.
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und denkst vernetzt.
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Französisch. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Die MS Office-Palette wendest du versiert an.
