**shape the Future of erp solutions**Our client is one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics partners in the world, focused on ERP and CRM. They are expanding their European team and looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant who is passionate about creating complex and future-proofed ERP solutions based on Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM. The position will be based in Germany or Switzerland, but with an option to work in a flexible hybrid set-up.

**MS D365 SCM Functional Consultant (PERM)**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**In this position, you will design functional business processes and solution architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless integration with client needs. You will work closely with clients to establish an overview of their requirements, and translate these into scalable and efficient ERP solutions. You will also optimize business processes, perform testing, and deliver reporting that meets client specifications. Facilitating workshops to analyze and design solutions tailored to client business strategies and needs will also be a key responsibility. You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the solution is aligned with client requirements. Additionally, you will document, propose, and discuss architecture and solution options with clients, ensuring transparency and clarity in every step of the process. As part of your role, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain and enhance your expertise in Dynamics 365. You will also be expected to be a dependable, knowledge-sharing team player, helping foster a collaborative, innovative work environment.

**YOUR PROFILE**You have a proven track record of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or AX) from either an internal or consultative perspective. Your educational background and applicable certifications demonstrate your capability to successfully drive international implementation projects. You possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including experience with configuration, documentation, and solution matching within finance. Experience in areas like fraud protection, supply chain management, warehouse management, and e-commerce is an advantage. As a service-minded, business-savvy professional, you understand the importance of clear communication, prioritizing tasks, and attention to detail. You are a dependable team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels and sharing your knowledge across the organization. Fluency in both German and English is required to ensure smooth communication in our international consultancy environment.
