About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the development and lead parts of the 4 transformational agenda priorities- LUXignite 2025 Strategy and Initiatives-
- Corporate Governance-
- Operating Guidelines-
- CEO Transformation support-
- Driving competitive insight by fostering the collaboration and streamlining efforts across departments- Providing guidance to Executive Committee and/ or functions owners of transformation agenda to develop Transformation Programs scopes and plans- Monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of planned projects in line with the planned financial gains- Leading reports development to Executive Committee & CEO on a regular basis and moderate workshops with functions owners of transformation agenda- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior leaders and teams inside & outside the Transformation Office

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting in luxury, fashion of FMCG sectors- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- High level of Project Management skills- Negotiation skills to enable arbitrage of priorities amongst multiple workstreams and can co-operatively find solutions- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
