**This position reports to**:
HR Operations Manager - Business

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Master or Bachelor of science in Economics / Finance / Information Management / Engineering or similar.
- 5-8+ years’ experience in a similar role with international exposure (L6S yellow/green belt highly regarded).
- Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end HR processes, with a continuous improvement mindset and how to best leverage HR according to business drivers.
- Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems.
- High level expertise in the HR Core technology, solutions, internal and external forces, Operating Priorities and Finance/ROI.
- Good communicator with influencing skills, especially storytelling and visualization.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, project management and question and hypothesis formulation.
- Results focused, and actions oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture, while taking ownership of actions.
