We are looking for an Contract Coordinator Intern to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks providing support to our Contract Coordination Team, assisting them in daily office needs.

The position is based in Meyrin, within our ‘Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie’, for a 3 months mission, starting as soon as possible.

**The invaluable skills we are looking for**:

- You have a High School Degree, Business Administration degree or equivalent bachelor’s degree;
- You are fluent in French & English (any additional language is a plus);
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills;
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- You are able to organize your work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment;
- You are structured, autonomous, hands-on and able to manage priorities;
- You maintain a constructive and positive attitude even under pressure.

**You will be successful in the role by**:

- Issuing contracts documentation in full compliance with the operating guidelines;
- Sending contracts and collecting signatures via our digital platform;
- Performing contract signatures follow-up and digital archiving;
- Ensuring data alignment between contract documentation and customer master data;
- Maintaining UpToDate contractual database and archiving system;
- Supporting the Team within department projects.
