- **Digital Workplace Team** in Zürich-Altstetten is offering an**INTERNSHIP DWP USER ADOPTION (M/F/d)**

**Exciting Challenges**
- Assist with the creation and updates of learning content
- Create presentations, manuals, videos, visuals, flyers, etc.
- Support our global training initiatives (preparation, execution, moderation of the Q&A chats, follow-up of trainings and workshops (virtual and on-site))
- Community management (i.e. maintaining discussion forums, assisting in the support community, communicating with end-users)
- Help to maintain our Digital Workplace Champion network
- Provide general support for O365 projects in close cooperation with our global IT team

**We Need Your Skills**
- You have just completed your higher education in Communication Sciences or New Media
- Have an affinity for IT systems and a curiosity in new learning and communication methods
- You are at ease approaching people and communicate fluently in English and German
- Even when things get hectic, you remain calm and level headed
