**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will guide the development of clinical sectors of trials and program level regulatory documents.
- Offer clinical guidance and tactical medical contributions for all clinical deliverables in the designated project or section of a clinical program.
- Serve as a medical expert, assisting the sr. GPCH or CDH in interactions with both internal and external shareholders and decision boards.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a medical discipline with knowledge and clinical training in a medical/scientific field.
- At least 4 years of experience in clinical practice, which does include residency and board certification.
- At least 7 years of experience in a clinical research or drug development.
- Familiarity working within an academic clinical research or organisation spanning clinical actions in phases I - IV.
- At least 2 years of experience of partaking in and completing all aspects of performing clinical trials such as planning, executing, reporting and publishing in an international/matrix setting in a pharmaceutical organisation.
- Know-how of disease area, with ability to comprehend, converse and present efficiency and safety data linking to clinical trial and proven ability to comprehend basic and clinical scientific research reports.
- Capable of forming efficient scientific partnership with crucial shareholders.
- Know-how of GCP, clinical trial design, statistics and regulatory and clinical development procedures.
- Past involvement in international people management would be ideal, which might involve management within a matrix setting.
