**Business Manager / Chief of Staff - Banking**

**Overview of contract**

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Business Manager to support the Global Head of the Trust Management team.

The office partners with the Trust Centres and other key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment

This is a 12-month contract based in Zurich

**Main responsibilities**
- Support the regulatory requirements, project objectives and operational support by overseeing and managing Key Performance Indicators, Key Risk Indicators and controls in conjunction with functional teams
- Enable the business to operate in accordance with expected standards and support the Global Head of Trust Management and the CFO /COO in achieving key targets.
- Having the oversight of Trust Centers and alignment on global standards across international locations, plus acting as sounding board for trust projects.
- Daily coordination with key stakeholders across locations and business areas on important projects such as external audit queries as well as cross-team alignments with Regulatory Reporting, Business Management, Compliance, Business Risks, Regulatory Projects, Finance, Data Governance, IT, Trust Structuring, CRO and Legal.
- Design, review and improve Policy and Procedures
- Ad-hoc reviews

**Your skills**:

- Experience in Financial industry for 5-7 years in Business Management, Project Management, COO area, or similar
- University graduate in Business, Economics or similar
- Problem Solver and solution-oriented mindset
- Review, redesign and create Controls, Procedures and Policies
- Communication and interpersonal skills
