**Your role**
- Are you detail-oriented multitasker and a good listener? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly and are prioritized properly?
- We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to:
- manage complex calendars, including scheduling of appointments across multiple time zones, arranging rooms, video conferences and audio facilities
- flag important meeting requests such as risk or time critical approvals or urgent conference calls
- coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- process expense reports in a timely manner
- overlook the production of presentations and reports, meeting preparation packs, internal events, etc.
- engage in different smaller projects of the organization

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Swiss Global Market team in Opfikon. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting time and prioritization management of our Executive.

**Your expertise**
- proven track record in supporting at the executive level
- excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and travel arrangements
- solid knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- ability to work independently with little or no supervision under pressure
- well organized, flexible and enjoy tackling administrative challenges
- full working proficiency in German and English
- strong decision making skills and strong eye for details
