For the global HQ of our client, an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for a:
Compliance Legal Counsel with a focus on anti-corruption

**Mission**:

- Ensure that the company meets its regulatory requirements, advice our client worldwide subsidiaries on Compliance
- Maintain and develop policies and procedures related to the company’s anti-corruption compliance program, anti-fraud, conflict of interest policies and the group Code of Business Conduct.
- Assure legal monitoring on compliance and the coordinate with external legal counsels where required
- Promote and control the implementation of the company’s policies within the area of competence, communicating, performing trainings and due diligence tasks.
- Insert and review compliance related certificates or clauses to preserve our client contractual interests, with customers, suppliers or business partners.

**Profile**:

- Master’s degree in law and experience in a law firm and/or legal department of a multinational company. 2/3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in sanctions, export control, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and data protection regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in managing the implementation of Compliance programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
