**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Possess in-depth knowledge in SAP Transportation Management in areas such as TM Enterprise Structure, TM Master Data, Transportation requirements Order management, Transportation planning, Carrier selection, Subcontracting, Charge Type, Charge Profile, Calculation Profile, Cost Distribution, Integration Profile, Planning cockpit, Capacity Document, Settlement etc.
- Ability to lead teams and independently handle large projects as a Team lead in the functional areas mentioned above.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing TM Processes in large organizations in the role of a functional consultant and a team lead.
- Should have multiple assignments (Implementations / Rollout / Support) experience in Embedded TM or Decentralised TM.
- Should possess sound knowledge on Integration of TM-SD or TM-MM areas. Additional knowledge in SD / MM areas will be preferable.
- Conduct and drive Business requirement workshops, Create Solution Confirmation documents with Fit/Gaps and recommend Transportation management best practices.
- Should possess knowledge on data migration and should have handled data migration in large projects independently.
- Should possess complete knowledge on every phase of SAP implementation, including Creation of a Business Blueprint, Implementation based on a Blueprint, Creation of Test cases, Test scheduling and execution, Key User Training, Roles and authorizations, Data migration, Go Live and Post Go Live support.
- Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies and solution manager
- Business process consulting knowledge
- Should be able to support Sales & Pre Sales - creation and execution of Presentations and Client Demos
- Should be able to Collaborate with the various internal teams of SAP, including development and support
- Should contribute in practice-building measures like Knowledge Management, Lead generation and mentoring.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effective in problem-solving.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Application & industry know-how and practical experience
- Excellent communication skills in English. Additional communication skills are a benefit
- Know-how of project and consulting business practices
- Capacity for teamwork, analysis and conceptual thinking
- Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Management, IT or Engineering,
- Certification in SAP TM area (Preferable)

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2 End-to-End implementations or 3-4 Rollout / Support Assignments.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP implementation experience.
- Extensive experience in Business Processes designing
- Familiarity with SAP implementation tools such as Solution Manager and Roadmap Composer
- Experience influencing key stakeholders
