Enterprise Architektur ist das Bindeglied zwischen Strategieformulierung und Strategieumsetzung. Als Head of Enterprise Architecture Foundation definierst du neue Architekturthemen aus Business Zielen, Technologie
- und Marktentwicklungen und führst 10-20 Enterprise Architekten. Du arbeitest mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Enterprise Architektur, Vision und Technologiestrategie ausgerichtet, verankert und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.
Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der unternehmensweiten Enterprise-Architektur-Vision und Technologie-Strategie
Integration der Vision und Strategie in die Roadmaps der Betriebs
- und Entwicklungsorganisationen
Leitung von Programmen und Projekten im Bereich Architektur sowie Führung eines Teams von 10 bis 20 Enterprise-Architekten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf allen Management-Ebenen

Praktische Erfahrung als Software Engineer in Entwicklung und Betrieb sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbar anspruchsvollen Führungsposition
Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu vereinfachen und in klare Modelle zu übertragen
Geschick beim Vermitteln von komplexen technischen Konzepten durch ansprechendes Storytelling
Was dich auszeichnet
Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden (vorzugsweise SAFe) als System
- oder Solution Architect
Erfahrung im Bereich Service Provider
