Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to support the organization's fundraising goals.
  2. Manage key partnerships with corporate foundations in Switzerland, ensuring alignment on external communication and facilitating engagement between stakeholders.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to develop annual action plans, offer tailored interaction opportunities to donors, and improve stakeholder relationships through effective networking.
  4. Contribute to the development of overall strategies and action plans for partnerships, including partnership management of key corporate foundation partners.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive data strategies.
