In order to reinforce the Advertising team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a

**INTERNATIONAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER 100%**

Main responsibilities will include:

- Conceptualization, development and end to end project management of 360 degree marketing communications campaigns to support the brand’s initiatives and product launches
- Coordinating and liasing with internal resources and external agency partners for campaign creation and production Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns
- Support our Chinese team by guiding campaign implementation and assessing local projects to provide feedback
- Liase with departments such as retail, e-commerce, digital, media and social media to ensure coverage of all touchpoints for campaigns
- Supporting local markets by guiding campaign implementation and assessing local projects to provide feedback
- Being in the know of culture and trends to ensure brand relevance amongst the target audiences

**Profile**:

- At least 6 years’ experience at an advertising agency/client side content team and experience in seeing global, large scale 360 degree advertising campaigns through from start to finish
- In-depth knowledge of the Chinese culture and Chinese social networks
- Solid project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects
- Exceptional soft skills with an ability to build relationships with different departments and stakeholders
- Great communication skills with an ability to clearly communicate information through reports, overviews and status updates
- Great presentation skills to present creative concepts to stakeholders
- Flexibility and motivation, with capability to work in a fast paced environment
- Creative and Strategic thinking to capitalize on the latest trends
- Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
- A team player mindset that adds to the fun, positive and creative environment

**Professional requirements**:

- Expertise in MS Office, including making Powerpoint Presentations and Excel Sheets
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

**Languages**:
In addition, you possess strong written and verbal English and Mandarin skills. German and French are an asset.
