We are looking for a Data Quality Manager. Our client is one of the world's leading management consultancies and system integrators for business analytics, digital transformation, and software engineering. Hybrid-remote work model, based in Geneva.

Your Role:

- You will collect requirements for data quality indicators and data quality reports
- You will facilitate workshops with business and IT users to collect requirements and data quality rules
- Part of your job will be writing functional and technical specifications (data quality rules, data sourcing, profiling solution, indicators, dashboard, reports)
- You will develop profiling scripts feeding the reporting solution with data quality results
- You will deploy and schedule data quality batches (with the support of the IT team)
- Formalization and restitution of data quality indicators / dashboards / reports are part of your responsibility

Your Profile:

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Quality Management
- You have significant experience with Talend Data Quality or any other market-leading DQ solution (IDQ, Quality Stage, Experian,...)
- You have a strong interest in Data Governance related topics
- You have a great capacity for organization and social adaptability
- You are rigorous and pragmatic, persevering but not rigid, positive and conciliatory
- You are analytical, structured, solution-oriented, and capable of abstract thinking
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills that allow you to establish and maintain good customer relationships
- You are open-minded, versatile, and dynamic, and have the ability to make suggestions
- You are fluent in French and English

**Job Type**: 80-100%

**Salary**: CHF110,000.00 - CHF130,000.00 per year
