**Votre mission**:
Pour renforcer notre équipe en Suisse Romande, nous cherchons un ou une **Head of Workplace Services & Managed Services.**
Nous souhaitons trouver une personne avec un fort esprit d’entrepreneuriat ayant une connaissance approfondie du tissu économique romand. Doté d’une expérience confirmée dans le domaine des services d’infrastructure managés (Managed Services) pour les entreprises en Romandie.
En tant que manager expérimenté, vous avez une posture d’entrepreneur au sein du comité de direction romand et des qualités de meneur dans la conduite et l’encadrement de l’unité d’affaire. De par votre savoir-faire et votre savoir-être, vous êtes une personne digne de confiance.
**Missions principales**:
En tant que manager de l’unité Workplace Services & Managed Services, vos tâches seront:
- Conduite de l’unité d’un point de vue organisationnel et commercial
- Responsable des objectifs et des indicateurs financiers du département
- Animer les équipes dans le cadre du périmètre de la mission
- Supervision de la qualité des services délivrés aux clients
- Responsable de propositions gagnantes ainsi que des prestations de services nécessaires à leur réalisation
- Assurer le suivi des opérations techniques et/ou commerciales
- Garant du respect des procédures et règles d’entreprise
- Promouvoir l’image de l’entreprise à l’extérieur
**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez au minimum 5 années d’expériences managériales dans la gestion de services d’infrastructure gérés
- Vous êtes un meneur et êtes motivé par le développement pérenne de l’unité
- Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe et vous encadrez les équipes opérationnelles
- Vous disposez de certifications ITIL et/ou des bonnes pratiques d’exploitation éprouvées
- Vous comprenez les défis métiers liés aux entreprises clientes en Suisse Romande en termes de services gérés
- Votre langue maternelle est le français et vous possédez de très bonnes connaissances de l’anglais et de l’allemand
- Lieu de travail : Bussigny ou Satigny
