**Your role**

Do you like to work with clients and market investment banking trading services? Are you a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset? Interested in Financial Markets, Trading and Risk Management? We are looking to grow our MTN Trading team performing the following services:

- price, execute and risk manage vanilla & structured products
- analyze market opportunities and develop trade ideas to capture value for investors
- work with sales and structuring to present and explain innovative products and trade ideas to clients
- provide secondary market in illiquid credit and structured products
- raise funding for corporate issuers

**Graduate Talent Program**

Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

**Your team**

MTN Trading is a global team, trading structured products across a number of asset classes with primary focus on credit and own funding. Product scope includes illiquid notes, short dated solutions and structured products for origination and secondary market making.

**Your expertise**

You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in quantitative finance, computer science, engineering or a degree / experience showing that you have:

- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- a flexible, open-minded, and cooperative personality
- an strong interest in financial markets, trading and risk management
- sharp analytical and problem-solving skills (with an interest to solve problems for clients)
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- excellent interpersonal skills (even when under pressure)
- fluency in English and any other languages is a plus
