Professor for Data Science in Marketing and Head of

**Your role****:
- Nurture a cohesive culture at the center level and actively contribute to the development of the Institute
- Represent the Center in regional and national marketing networks
- Develop the pipeline of competitive grants with academic research funding institutions (e.g., Swiss National Science Foundation, Innosuisse, EU) and industry partners
- Teach in the Bachelor, Master, or executive programs and develop innovative pedagogical solutions
**Your profile****:
- PhD in Marketing, Computer Sciences, or a related field
- Established visibility and track record in the scientific field through scientific reasearch projects and/or publications in high-quality academic journals
- Experience in the acquisition of competitive research grants and industry funding
- Track record in creating impact, evidenced by experience in executive education, industry, or consulting
- Track record in successfully managing industry-academia collaboration, e.g., through joint research with corporate partners, or customized education
- Excellent teaching evaluations at different levels (bachelor, master and continuing education)
- Fluency German and English, both spoken and written
- Leadership skills, communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit
