Wir haben eine sehr seltene Gelegenheit für einen Branchenführer im Bereich Daten, um sich unserer Praxis für Data Science, Machine Learning und Artificial Intelligenz (ML/AI) anzuschließen, mit einem speziellen Fokus auf die Leitung und den Aufbau des Geschäfts in Westeuropa.

Du berichtest an den Global Head of Data Science in den USA und wirst letztlich ein beträchtliches Team managen und weiterhin einstellen, da sich die Praxis kontinuierlich ausdehnt.

Die Rolle bietet spannende Möglichkeiten, eine stark sichtbare Rolle in Partnerschaft mit dem globalen Datenführungsteam zu spielen, um das Wachstum und unsere Markteintrittsstrategie voranzutreiben.

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Leitung der westeuropäischen Datenwissenschaft, ML/AI Praxis
- Als Teil des Global Data Praxisteams, wirst du mit anderen Praxisteams sowie dem europäischen Betrieb zusammenarbeiten, um unseren Fußabdruck in ganz Westeuropa zu erweitern
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von : Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, Computer Vision, End-to-End-Kompetenzen im Bereich NLP, Kapazitätsskalierung, Chancenaufnahme, Lösungsfindung, Personalbesetzung und Umsetzung
- Fokus auf praktische AI-Anwendungsrahmen, einschließlich Daten, MLOps und LLMOps, sowie aktive Teilnahme an der Entwicklung von « Responsible AI », ESG, AI Security-Angeboten
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Unternehmenstransformationsangeboten, wobei die pragmatische Einführung von AI ein wichtiger Treiber für die Produktivitätssteigerung und die Etablierung neuer Einnahmequellen ist
- Vertikale Leitung (Betrieb) und horizontale (Befähigung) organisationsübergreifende, multidisziplinäre Teams, um eine AI-zentrierte Produktvision zu fördern
- Unterstützung bei der Formulierung einer praktischen Vision für die Auswirkungen von AI auf die Produktivität (SDLC/Engineering, Kundenzentren usw.)
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenpartnern bis hin zum C-Level, um AI-Produkte und -Programme zum Leben zu erwecken, dabei starke, langanhaltende Beziehungen zu kultivieren und deren Zufriedenheit durch effektive Lieferung sicherzustellen, um das Wachstum zu maximieren
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs-/Vorverkaufsaktivitäten durch die Bewertung von Datenchancen, das Beantworten von RFP, das Erstellen von Vorschlägen und Präsentationen
- Leitung eines multidisziplinären europäischen Datenteams bestehend aus Datenwissenschaftlern, Datenarchitekten, Daten-Technologieberatern bis hin zum Senior Director, und Förderung deren beruflichen Wachstums und Entwicklung im Bereich ML/AI
- Über die neuesten Fortschritte in ML/AI und aufkommende Technologien auf dem Laufenden bleiben und proaktiv neue Ansätze und Methoden zur Bewältigung von Herausforderungen in den Bereichen/Märkten und Geografien, in denen die Kunden tätig sind, empfehlen
- Teilnahme an relevanten Branchenveranstaltungen und Konferenzen, um die umfangreichen und hochwertigen Lieferfähigkeiten von EPAM zu präsentieren

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN
- Bachelor-, Master
- oder Doktortitel in Informatik, Datenwissenschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder umfangreiche relevante Berufserfahrung
- Ausgezeichnete praktische Erfahrung in der Datenwissenschaft, Verständnis von AI/ML-Technologien und Konzepten
- Branchenvisionär, leidenschaftlicher Technologe im Herzen und eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die eine Datenwissenschafts-, ML/AI-Praxis in einer großen Beratungsorganisation vorantreiben kann
- Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Bereich Datentechnologie und Business mit der Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen komfortabel mit Kollegen und Kunden zu interagieren
- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Gestaltung und Implementierung von ML/AI-Lösungen und der vollständigen Kompetenzentwicklung
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Einbindung und Beeinflussung von leitenden Interessengruppen, um die Finanzierung von ML/AI-Projekten zu sichern oder diese zu verkaufen
- Außergewöhnliche Fähigkeit, Kundenbeziehungen auf C-Level zu steuern und das volle Ausmaß von EPAMs Fähigkeiten und Marktleistungen zu demonstrieren
- Kann außerhalb des gewohnten Rahmens denken, Initiativen und Engagements von Anfang bis Ende lenken und die Komplexität des Steuerns von Veränderungen in einer globalen multinationalen Organisation verstehen
