Als New Business Sales Manager (m/w/d) liegt dein Fokus auf der Gewinnung neuer Kunden. Du identifizierst Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, baust starke Beziehungen auf und trägst direkt zum Wachstum unseres Unternehmens bei.
Aufgaben
- Aktive Akquise von Neukunden und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
- Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Kunden über verschiedene Kanäle (z. B. Telefon, E-Mail, Social Media, Veranstaltungen).
- Durchführung von Präsentationen und Demos unserer SaaS-Lösung, um den Mehrwert für die Kunden zu verdeutlichen.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Lead-Generierung und Pipeline-Management.
- Verhandlung von Vertragsbedingungen und Abschluss von Deals.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Merchandising Produktion und Software Development, um Kundenfeedback einzubringen.
Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in der SaaS- oder Technologiebranche.
- Leidenschaft für Vertrieb, Kundenakquise und den Aufbau von Beziehungen.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungskompetenz.
- Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein starkes Durchhaltevermögen.
- Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu erklären und Lösungen auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden abzustimmen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen.
