Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing sales of Iron Mountain's information management solutions into new and existing enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and revenue growth in assigned accounts.
Become an industry expert and thought leader in the field of information management and digital transformation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
Manage and maintain a consistent pipeline of net new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Significant direct solution sales experience selling business services, business process outsourcing, archiving, or similar offerings.
Strong background and proven experience in strategic new business hunting, sales process, and solution selling.
Ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate.
Language skills: German and English (to professional level) + French (nice to have).
