**Key responsibilities**:

- Personnel responsibility and technical management of a team
- Shared team covering Modules O/R/V/OWWT
- Responsible for all facility and equipment (technical level) in modules O/R/V & OWWT & WaPOL (excl. Washer / Autoclave) -> Filter exchange (HEPA), membrane exchange and similar activities. Main contact to utilities / engineering / EMR.
- Maintenance plans and scheduling, management with ENG of shutdown / walkdowns
Responsible for Basis HAZOPs (Modul O/R/V/OWWT) - Update and ensure compliance and implementation of measures - Misses & near misses reporting
- Equipment SME takes over the lead for technical aspects of the equipment (e.g. malfunctions, maintenance). Automation / process tasks is out of scope.
- LOTOTO: Organization, material, point of contact and manage execution
- Responsible for the cold room SOPs, alarm handling, maintenance activities
- Management of Störmeldungen - Follow-up and implementation of changes, participation in meetings
- Small devices: Manage OPS input to small device manager from engineering; Standardization of OPS processes and SOP Management
- Qualification, Re-qualification, technical changes and investments / improvements
- TCR (technical change management)

**Key requirements**:

- Significant work experience in Downstream Processing or BioConjugates Manufacturing in the biotech/biopharma industry
- In-depth knowledge of downstream processing techniques
- Very good GMP understanding
- Excellent communication skills in English good German skills of advantage
- Strong team orientation
- Structured, well-organized working attitude and solution-oriented working style
- Open-minded for new ideas and suggestions
