**Description du poste**
Rattaché à la Directrice de notre Boutique du Fairmont, votre mission principale sera d’assurer un accueil de qualité à notre clientèle, que ce soit en face-à-face ou par téléphone. Dans ce cadre là:

- Vous accueillerez nos clients, les installerez et les orienterez vers un Sales Associate.
- Vous assisterez les Sales Associate lors des entretiens de vente.
- Vous assurerez également la bonne tenue de la boutique ainsi que de la bonne mise en place des vitrines et des différents éléments de merchandising.
- Finalement, vous commanderez et gérerez les stocks de marchandises boutique.

**Qualifications**
Vous êtes au bénéfice d’un CFC de gestionnaire du commerce de détail ou avez une formation jugée équivalente et avez une première expérience en hôtellerie, restauration, boutique ou réception. Une expérience au sein d’un établissement de luxe est un plus. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et avez de très bonnes connaissances en anglais. Toute autre langue est un atout. D’excellente présentation, vous êtes à l’écoute des clients et très orienté service de luxe. Votre esprit d’équipe, votre sens des responsabilités et vos excellentes capacités de communication vous permettent de vous intégrer facilement et d’entretenir d’excellentes relations avec vos différents interlocuteurs.
