**About H55**

H55 is financed by a reputable group of investors from Silicon Valley and Switzerland, and as such, is well positioned for its next stage of its development. The company’s short-term priorities include building up out of engineering team, putting into place production facilities, and creating a north American subsidiary.

**About the** Role**

Reporting to the Head of Systems, the Requirements Manager will lead in the gathering of Customer, Certification and qualification requirements to support the development of the H55 product line and meet programme deliverables. The Requirements manager will be suitably qualified and understand the requirement flow paths in line with System Development process.

The Requirements Manager will review the requirements process and if necessary define the tooling required to ensure complete traceability, management and compliance statements of requirements across multiple programmes.

The Requirements Manager, working within the Systems team is the main point of contact for Requirements Management and Requirements Engineering for the H55 Programmes.

The Requirements Manager will develop a strategy and a general timeline V&V plan for the collation of information leading to the building of a dossier showing compliance.

**Main Duties to include**:

- Responsible for capture, linking, analysis and evaluation of the project/product specific requirements.
- Creation and update of requirements modules.
- Presentation of requirements throughout the applicable engineering lifecycle stages.
- Production of compliance and acceptance documentation, inclusive of supporting to develop user cases and testing specifications.

**Your profile**:

- Previous experience working as part of an engineering requirements team in implementing and managing requirements across the full development lifecycle.
- University degree (min. bachelor) in a relevant engineering discipline (System engineering, Aerospace engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems)
- Proven experience in a similar role within highly regulated environment preferably Aerospace.
- Basic understanding of EASA Part 21 Subpart J (21.A.239), EASA Certification Specifications and certification principles would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through and bring projects to its completion.
- Target-oriented, with analytic problem-solving capabilities
- Well organized including the ability to properly document
- Capacity to prioritize, manage time effectively and multi-task
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English (oral and written), French an asset
