**Job Details**
**What will you do**
We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform administrative duties for senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating internal meetings, kick off and customer events (event management), managing supplier relationships, setting, communicating and maintaining priorities on every project.
**How will you do it**
- Performs, organizes, and continuously updates paper and electronic filing systems to ensure company is in compliance with relevant regulations
- Performs clerical support, using independent judgment, such as answering telephones, copying, filing, data entry
- Performs advanced calculations and maintains specialized and comprehensive records and files to provide timely and effective clerical support to the assigned group of Senior Leaders
- Creates drafts and edits presentations
- Scheduling meetings & conference calls
- Providing support and preparing agendas for senior-level external and internal meetings
- Other Office support activities as needed
- Keep track of Leadership team / relevant executive’s due dates for projects / milestones and plan for completion of these
- Provide any other relevant assistance as may be required
**What we look for**
**Required**:
- Office and Admin Support experience in large and multi-national corporate environment
- Proven experience with providing support to Senior Leaders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing / publishing skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German
- Strong customer service with a high attention to detail
- Proper handling of highly confidential information
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
**Preferred**:
- Experience with travel arrangements, meeting planning & coordination
