**Administrative/HR Manager - 80%-100%**

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
As an
**administrative/HR Manager**, you will be responsible for:

- Optimize **HR processes**
- Manage the full employee life cycle (employment agreements, work certificates, departure letters and other correspondance)
- ** Supervise **a team of 2 HR assistants

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- At least 5 years HR administrative or Administrative experience within an international environment
- Fluent in French and good command of **English (min. C1)**:

- Diploma of "Certificat d'assistant-e en gestion du personnel"
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
- Fully at ease with digital tools
- Strong customer service mindset, pragmatic and action-oriented, team player
