Talent Management Internship

Internship of approx. 18 months to support the global HR team in further developing Omya's talent acquisition and establishing / implementing Omya's career planning structure.
- Perform assigned tasks according to project outlines
- Help establishing and maintaining employee records to ensure an accurate database
- Support other colleagues in completing, checking, and processing project related documents in accordance with established guidelines and policies
- Act proactively, suggesting solutions and offering help when required
- Compliance to HR Policies and Procedures
- Timeliness and accuracy in the project support and administration
- Successful completion of the project
- Master graduate in the area of Human Resources, Organisation Psychology, etc.
- Some experience in the area of Talent Management is a plus
- General computer literacy including MS Office software, Workday, database management, are required
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, including senior management
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Good command of both oral and written English language are required
- Good command of local language (French/ German) is beneficial
