The opportunity

The role will have overall responsibility for service and contract compliance within the area of responsibility to ensure all services meet the client's requirements and standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and controlling budgets, financial targets, and financial processes, producing timely and accurate reports with narration on all variances.
- Looking for efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the client organisation and Mace operating the business using an agreed CRM plan.
- Providing line management of Mace Operate employed staff and coaching supply chain teams.
- Working with the Mace Operate team for monthly reporting requirements.
- Monitoring contracts through key management staff, ensuring value for money and innovative service is provided.
- Providing strategic planning and continuous re-engineering of the supply chain and service standards.
- Working with the client to manage their telecoms agreement.
- Demonstrating supply chain cost savings and value add demonstrating continuous improvement through performance measurement.
- Becoming a recognised figurehead for the facility's operation and integrating with the client by building strong customer relationships.
- Ensuring that any customer concerns are dealt with effectively and communicated accordingly.
- Ensuring effective communication and reporting on all service lines with the client, peers and management team.
- Delivering quality services in a cost and operationally-effective manner.
- Coordinating the delivery of small project works, including moves management and churn.
- Taking ownership and management of H&S system compliance to include supply chain activity.
- Producing timely and appropriate management information and attending meetings with clients and assisting with the preparation of reports.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is to be maintained at the highest level by providing a high-quality and proactive service.

About you

You have a degree level and proven experience having worked as an assistant facilities manager within the pharmaceutical industry. You have proven line management experience and previous experience in front of house/reception. You are fluent in Swiss/German and English (written and spoken, corporate language) would be beneficial. You have experience in purchase order systems.

You are digitally savvy, especially in MS Office and can provide support to strong motivated teams. You will have a facilities management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
