**JOB DESCRIPTION**

At the heart of the daily hustle and bustle, you will give life and meaning to our Whatever / Whenever promise, the signature service of the W brand.
You will be in charge of all the hotel's accommodation services (Front Office and Housekeeping).
Business leader and strategic thinker, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the necessary measures to contribute to the smooth running of the teams and to develop the quality of service/product within the hotel.

In direct collaboration with all departments, you will ensure the implementation of the strategy to be adopted according to the seasonality of the establishment while respecting the standards of the brand.

Objectives, customer needs, selection of new talent, satisfaction and commitment are key in your day to day role, together with financial performance and control / maximization of income.

**PROFILE**
2-3 years experience as a Accommodation Manager in a luxury hotel / resort
Sensitivity to the world of wellness and spa is an asset
Outgoing with a strong ability to develop and retain a demanding clientele
Structured, efficient, passionate about brand standards and results oriented
A natural leader with an affinity for trends
Act with integrity
Night owl / day owl, versatile
Strong team player, attracting, developing and retaining talent
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
