Joining Enterprise Analytics & Data
The Enterprise Analytics and Data (EAD) team is to enable consumer intimacy and the intelligent enterprise. We are driving, scaling and monetizing our investment in data to drive faster decisions, personalize consumer experience, and realize top-line and bottom-line impact across the value chain.
To ignite the value of data for PMI, we are driving a complete data and analytics transformation program including the shift to a federation of data & analytics skills and capabilities to accelerate PMI on the journey to become data driven
What’s the purpose of this role?
- The purpose of the Manager Performance Management is to ensure the smooth and well-orchestrated operations of the Enterprise Analytics and Data team. Your responsibility will be to align and oversee priorities across the EAD functions, and ensure the team delivers efficiently.
- You will be responsible for the Operating model of the EAD organization, identifying and proposing remedies for inefficiencies and gaps in processes. You will be contributing to the definition of, tracking and finding ways to ensure delivery on KPIs.
- You will coordinate and define organizational capabilities with the EAD management team, ensuring people and budget investments are prioritized to develop the organization in line with strategic roadmap.
- You will be managing resource strategy, supervising geographical location and internal/external resource allocation strategy execution.
Your day-to-day
- Be responsible for EAD Operating Model, EAD Job profiles mapping against IT Job Framework, RACI of job profiles in the EAD Operating Model and propose improvements to address inefficiencies, eliminate overlaps, skill gaps, support identifying process and organizational design improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with EAD Management team, Senior business collaborators, IT Capability Development team and People & Culture team to align capability ownership, assess abilities behind the capabilities and oversee development roadmap.
- Track maturity of EAD owned skills and oversee investments (people and budgets) behind.
- Capture and track corporate investment in data and analytics domain across functions, coordinating with Senior leaders across the organization, identifying strategic opportunities for optimization of investment in line with strategic roadmap.
- Being responsible for organization staffing, churn, recruitment efficiency, talent availability by geography and through vendors.

- You are a strategic consultant in the data and analytics domain, and enjoy making a difference by leading a corporate transformation program to evolve the business into a data driven organization aligning with senior partners from multiple corporate functions and markets
- You are excited to capture and track overall investment priorities, measuring the benefits and ROI behind the various investment streams, to also quantify and measure the impact behind change
What is needed to succeed in this Role?
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, either at senior business partner level and/or consultancy
- Strong credibility, experience and consistent track record in data and analytics capability and competency development, organization design and deployment and activation in a global / matrixed context
- Strong conceptual understanding; forward thinking and ability to define and implement future-proof processes, ideas, concepts and methodologies
