Project Manager Process and Product Analysis

**My duties**
- Analyze current work, define and lead strategic initiatives within the department globally
- Support transfer activities of analytical methods as well as product
- and process analytics from internal groups to external partners
- Act as project manager, keeping track of tasks, budget and KPI's
- Helping the team making strategic decisions regarding analytical methods and project goals and participatig in driving the strategic initiatives
- Scientific support for method evaluation, establishing of methods and formal transfer
- Establish together with the outsourcing team sample and data flows to optimize the outsourcing process
- Work together with external partners to maintain strict timelines in complex process settings
- Be able to support trouble-shooting activities during transfer
- Work on internal analytical and cross-functional projects, evaluation and establishing of new analytical methods to characterize biopharmaceutical products in R&D and/or Operations

**My qualifications**
- Scientifc background (preferrably in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or similar)
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of analytics of biopharmaceutical products
- Experience in working in a GMP regulated environment
- Languages: English, German benefical
- Knowledge of tech transfer is beneficial
